Michael Hall
President, Principal
Michael Hall serves as President of Bravura Networks and oversees all aspects of the company's growth and operations. He oversees the functions of the San Diego office. Michael is a founder of the company andhas also served as Chairman since2002. He has had the unique opportunity to work directly within all departments of the company. Michael is responsible for much of the company’s growth through innovative process design, strategic acquisitions, and building a culture of service excellence. He is committed to assembling a world-class team and ensuring that Bravura Networks’ vision is realized. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Michael is an avid traveler and foodie. He loves to explore new cuisines and experience different cultures. He is an enthusiastic fisherman and enjoys both fresh and salt water angling. Michael has been known to eat ice cream outdoors in freezing weather because he loves that it will not melt!

Mike Kaiser
CEO, Principal
Mike Kaiser serves as CEO of Bravura Networks and oversees the operations of the Chicago office. Additionally, Mike is charge of all company wide business development and leads the company sales and marketing teams. He is one of the founders and has been responsible for much of the company’s growth. Mike is largely responsible for Bravura Networks making the List of 100 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in 2006, 2007, and 2008. He is actively involved with account management and building strategic partnerships. Mike attended the University of Nebraska and holds a degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Mike is a devoted golfer and usually takes all the skins when playing with his business partners. He also enjoys fishing, cooking, and traveling. He is also passionate about football and will root tirelessly for the Huskers and Packers every season. Mike is a

Brett Knight
Business Systems Engineer, Principal
Brett Knight serves as Business Systems Engineer for Bravura Networks. He is a senior member of the onsite consulting team and is responsible for handling escalated technical issues. Brett is one of the company founders and takes pride in helping our clients succeed through technology. Brett has been instrumental in building Bravura Networks into what it is today. He is best described as “Mr. Dependable”. Brett holds an MCSE certification and manages the company’s Microsoft Gold Certified Partnership. His ability to translate technical jargon into everyday words puts our clients at ease and allows them to make educated choices that are best for their business. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from San Diego State University. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Brett is an enthusiastic golfer and fly fisherman. He is also a certified SCUBA Dive Master. He donates a portion of his time to the San Diego Labrador Rescue Mission with his wife. Brett is originally from Canada, but we don’t believe he’ll be going back any time soon!

Michael Zadeik
Director of Sales
Michael Zadeik serves as the Director of Sales. He is responsible for leading and executing new sales initiatives. Michael is committed to educating small and medium sized business owners on how they can use technology to their advantage. Mr. Zadeik has more than 20 years of experience in the technology and communications industry. As co-founder of VividIP, he has successfully delivered both voice communication and network systems to a wide range of clients.

Jennifer Millage
Operations Manager
Jennifer Millage serves as the Operations Manager for Bravura Networks. She is responsible for overseeing all company finance and operating procedures. Jennifer also manages all human resources functions, in addition to developing and implementing processes to maximize efficiency within the organization. Her commitment and dependability have been instrumental to the success of the company. Jennifer is always willing to take on additional responsibilities and consistently provides results. Jennifer graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She also holds an MBA from the University of San Diego. Jennifer previously worked for Governor Doyle at the Wisconsin State Capitol.
When not working or studying (which she does a lot of), Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their puppy, Maddie. She also takes pleasure in hiking, exploring new places, and visiting wineries. Jennifer is a Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers’ fan… yes, even without Mr. Farve!

Darren Wong
Service Manager, Partner
Darren Wong serves as the Service Manager for Bravura Networks. He is responsible for the overall quality of service and ensuring that we are meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations. Darren oversees the delivery of BIT Support™ MSP. As a former Business Systems Engineer, Darren understands the crucial balance of both technical and customer service. Darren joined the Bravura Networks’ team in 2004 and is a part owner of the company. His commitment and perseverance to do things the “right way” allows Bravura Networks to grow client services with integrity. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Arizona. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Darren is a lifetime Lakers fan, and he is still celebrating the last 4 championships. He is the first in line to create the March Madness Tournament in the office and stays true to his U of A Wildcats. Darren is another foodie in the office and a big fan of Yelp! He is our only former child actor on staff (that we are aware of) and was known to show up in Clorox® Bleach commercials in the mid 80’s during primetime TV hours.

Joe Robbins
Business Systems Engineer, Partner
Joe Robbins serves as a Business Systems Engineer for Bravura Networks. Joe’s primary responsibilities are to provide Tier 3 support and function as the technical leader in a wide array of IT projects for clients. He also spearheads up much of the company’s technical research and development to build new solutions that can provide our clients with a competitive edge. He recently completed the full virtualization of Bravura Networks’ servers with an 8 to 1 ratio, and they have been running solid ever since. Joe has been a member of the Bravura Networks’ team since 2005 and is a part owner of the company. He holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Science Degree from Grossmont College and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Joe previously ran his own computer consulting company prior to joining Bravura Networks.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family and making occasional trips to the local mountains. As an avid audio visual specialist, Joe has rigged his home with the best gaming systems, audio components, and a state of the art streaming video center that provides full wireless HD to his external peripherals.

Ray Schikschnus
Business Systems Engineer
Ray Schikschnus (aka “Schik”) serves as a Business Systems Engineer out of our Chicago area office. Ray’s primary responsibilities are to provide Tier 3 onsite and remote technical support to our Chicago-area clients. Additionally, he oversees the BIT Support™ COP program and manages the associated technologies. Ray works closely with our San Diego technical and sales team. He is also our resident phone system expert and has 20+ years of experience in IT and telephony systems. Ray also works closely with Bravura Networks’ strategic partners and vendors.
Ray is a fan of the Bears and the White Sox and loves to catch a game whenever he can. He also enjoys classic 80’s metal bands and their concerts. As you can tell, Ray’s last name is definitely unique! He has never run into anyone with the same last name other than direct family.

Daryl Jennings
Business Systems Engineer
Daryl Jennings serves as a Business Systems Engineer for Bravura Networks. He is a highly-skilled professional and can absorb technical information “like a sponge”. Daryl’s primary responsibilities are to provide support for escalated trouble tickets and work directly with the Service Desk team and clients. Additionally, he works on internal and external technology projects and provides backup for service coordination when needed. He is quickly becoming the resident SIP/VOIP expert in the office. Daryl is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and is working towards completing a degree in Computer Science. If there is a technical issue that seems elusive, the chances are great that Daryl knows or can figure out the answer. Daryl has been with Bravura Networks since 2006 and was part of the original support team that evolved into the Service Desk.
Daryl enjoys riding his motorcycle and bypassing the traffic he used to contend with every day. He is a passionate gamer and previously worked for a gaming company. Daryl also enjoys swimming and reading. Apparently, he holds the record for youngest employee ever hired by Bravura Networks (although we didn’t know at the time – we are an equal opportunity employer!).

Tony Tran
Service Desk Coordinator
Tony Tran is the first smiling face and warm voice that many of our clients hear when calling into the Service Desk. Tony helps to coordinate our clients’ immediate issues at hand and processes the tickets in the most efficient manner to ensure a quick resolution. He also helps to follows up with clients to ensure that trouble tickets are completed to their satisfaction. Tony is a master of time and helps the entire team to stay on target. Tony has previously worked in the service industry as a facilities manager at UCSD and was well known for his dedication to customer service. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Tony enjoys being super active. A few of his favorite sports include - snowboarding, surfing, cycling, basketball, and tennis.

Alex Delino
Service Desk Analyst
Alex Delino serves as a Service Desk Analyst for Bravura Networks. Alex’s primary responsibilities are to provide first response support for client technical issues. Alex continually makes a positive impact with our clients. His quality work and attention to client care has already earned him rave reviews. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Information System from San Diego State University. He previously worked for AccessPoint Computing Solutions, where he developed hands-on experience with computers and networks. Alex is also familiar with the SDLC lifecycle and is an experienced technical writer.
Alex enjoys reading, playing soccer, and hanging out with friends on the weekend. He is one of three San Diego natives in the company. Alex has been a devoted gamer for many years. He was even awarded a scholarship based on a paper he wrote about computer games and the correlation to multitasking!

Roccio Salinas
Office Administrator
Roccio serves as the Office Administrator for Bravura Networks. She is charge of organizing and maintaining the San Diego office. Roccio helps to manage many day-to-day administrative processes, including answering the phones, managing incoming/outgoing shipping, and planning company events. She also works directly with the Operations Manager to assist with AP/AR, account reconciliations, and our internal orders processing. Roccio is passionate about helping others and maintains a genuine smile always. She is currently working on a degree from Miramar College.
Roccio enjoys watching sports, line dancing, and hanging out with friends. She is bi-lingual in both English and Spanish. Roccio is our only Texas native and Cowboys’ fan!
