Most issues can be solved remotely over the internet, but there will be cases in which they cannot. In these cases a technician will be dispatched to resolve the issue.

What hardware do you support?
We do not fix any malfunctioned hardware but we will diagnose any hardware issues that may arise and work with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. If the hardware is under warranty we can get it replaced and in the case it is not, we can assist you with purchasing the correct hardware.
What software do you support?
Bravura supports all Microsoft products and common software used by small businesses. If there is custom software which needs support, our infrastructure design team will evaluate the software with you to devise the available support options.
